MGE Fitness Challenge
The MGE Fitness Challenge is designed to encourage consistency, healthy competition, and overall fitness improvement among participants. Whether you prefer running, gym training, cycling, or other workouts, this challenge rewards both effort and progress.
How to Participate
1. Record your workout using your preferred fitness device or app.
2. Synchronize your activity to Strava.
3. Ensure you have joined the MGE Team Strava Group.
4. Only workouts synced through Strava and visible within the group will be considered valid.

Rules & Scoring System
1. Daily Workout Submission
* Only one workout per type per day will be accepted.
* Example: You may log one run and one gym session in a day.
* However, two runs in the same day will not be counted.
* Each valid workout earns 10 points.
2. Time Restrictions
* Workouts must be completed outside official working hours to qualify.
3. Weekly Bonus Points
Additional points are awarded at the end of each week based on performance improvements:
* A. Performance Improvement
* Demonstrated improvement in time over the same distance (e.g., faster 5km run compared to previous efforts).
* B. Weight Reduction
* Measurable and consistent weight loss progress during the challenge period.
